Reviewed before publication
Every listing is checked by a person before it appears publicly. Nothing goes live automatically.

A Free Basic listing costs nothing. No card, no subscription and no obligation to buy anything later. You can claim an existing listing or add a new one at no cost, and it stays free for as long as you want it.

Both are free. Start by searching, because claiming an existing listing is usually the better outcome.
Already on ELUMMA? Claim and manage it
If your business already appears in our directory, claim it. You keep its existing history, and ELUMMA verifies that you own it before anything changes. Once verified you manage the listing yourself from your Business Dashboard.
Not listed yet? Add your business
Add your business details and we'll review the submission. To keep the directory trustworthy, we check for duplicates — so if your business is already here, we'll ask you to claim it instead.
If you find your business, claim the existing listing instead. This keeps its ELUMMA history and avoids duplicates.

Free Basic is $0. No card required. No obligation to buy a paid plan later.
Listings are reviewed before publication. Claiming or adding a Free Basic listing does not start a paid subscription.
Reviewed before it goes public
Nothing appears on ELUMMA automatically. A person reviews every listing before publication, so the directory stays accurate and free of duplicates. If something isn't right, we'll tell you why rather than publish it as-is.
Optional paid plans
Some businesses choose a paid plan for extra visibility, photos or a richer profile. Paid plans are entirely optional and can only be started from your Business Dashboard after your listing is verified.
Paid plans never influence ELUMMA's independent guidance. Sponsored and commercial listings are always clearly labelled, and free community and government help is never pushed down the list because someone paid.

That's completely fine, and we understand why. You never have to click a link in an email. Open a new browser window, type elumma.com.au into the address bar, and look for For Businesses in the footer at the bottom of any page. You'll find the same free listing and claim options there.

ELUMMA will never ask you for a password, a card number or a payment to keep a Free Basic listing. If an email claiming to be from us does, it isn't from us.
